BUILDING A BRAND GUIDE

LOGO DESIGN / BRAND IDENTITY / TYPOGRAPHY STYLING

As the head designer for By Chance Collective, I created the brand guide that would become the foundation for the design of all the content. This included creating a primary logo, secondary logo, color palette, and establishing an aesthetic that every post would follow. By Chance Collective launched in November 2020, and we are excited to see where it will go from here!

INSTAGRAM CONTENT CREATION

SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN / SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT / PHOTO SELECTION

I create all the content for our Instagram account. This includes both static posts as well as stories. I design each post to be consistent with the look of the given blog post or campaign that we are promoting. Although cohesiveness is crucial for brand recognition, I am able to explore various typography stylings and layout designs within the limits of our brand guidelines to offer fresh content to our followers.

INSTAGRAM REELS

SHOT LIST / VIDEO PRODUCTION / VIDEO EDITING

We worked with Set and Stones, a jewelry brand based in San Diego, to shoot video content for their Instagram account. I managed the shot list according to what pieces they wanted to include, shot the content, and compiled the clips to make a cohesive Reel that spoke to their brand and customer community.

SET & STONES PARTNERSHIP

HIGHLINE WELLNESS PARTNERSHIP

We partnered with Highline Wellness, an elevated CBD brand, and shot both video and photo content to be promoted on our platforms. I organized the video shoot and took all the content according to what would align with both of our brands. This project is coming soon to By Chance, and this will be the introduction video that will launch the campaign.

PHOTOGRAPHY STYLING

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY

I style, prep, and execute the product photography for By Chance Collective. This includes curating vision boards for inspiration, collecting the necessary materials, and shooting the content for campaigns. Photography styling has improved my skills in designing with photos in mind.
